The overnighter will start at 7:00PM on Friday July 8th at The Waymart Church

and will be finished at 9:00AM on Saturday July 9th.

There will be pizza and games, and lots and lots of nerf wars,

maybe some sleep and breakfast on Saturday to finish off the event. 

WHAT TO BRING – THINGS YOU WILL NEED

  • You must have a signed permission form from your parent/guardian. *See Attached form

  • Clothing - Appropriate for highly athletic activities

Recommendations:

-Wear something dark for night reconnaissance

-Bring a sweatshirt or jacket for cool evening weather

-Wear sneakers or other type of athletic shoe

-Bring an extra change of clothes just in case things get messy

  • Pajamas - something comfortable as we will be sleeping on the floor at the church

  • Tooth brush, toothpaste

  • Sleeping Bag/air mattress and/or sheets

  • Pillow

  • Flash light

  • Nerf Guns if owned, (Standard size nerf darts will be provided)

  • Goggles or mask (not required but helpful if owned)

 

WHAT NOT TO BRING - THINGS THAT WILL BE CONFISCATED

  • Firearms (Airsoft guns, BB guns, paintball markers, rifles, shotguns, handguns, etc.)

  • Actual weapons, this includes knives or even lightsabers and nerf swords.

  • Fireworks (firecrackers, bottle rockets, etc.)    

  • Controlled Substances (Alcohol, tobacco products, illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, etc.) 

  • Clothing with potentially offensive slogans or topics depicted on them.

GROUND RULES - WILL BE REVIEWED UPON ARRIVAL

No arguing with the leaders.

We have a carefully selected and screened staff of volunteers that are working to make this event the most fun for everyone attending.

Keep off the stage and out of other off limit areas.

We will be locked in for the night and will do our best to keep students out of potentially dangerous situations.

No opening or closing doors

This event will be in the church on a specially designed playing field to make it the safest and most fun environment we can manage.

Cell Phones only in case of emergency

We reserve the right to confiscate cell phones from Students using them in an anti social way.

Students are expected to participate in all group activities to the best of their ability

We understand that not every activity is ideal for every student's abilities and we will help them find a way to engage.
